It’s easy just visit our Team Order page, fill out all of the information and then email us any of the artwork that you would like to use in your design. Once this is complete you will receive an email from one of our design staff. A few short days later you will receive a proof. Following proof approval, payment arrangement will be made and then you order will go off to production.
We prefer to use artwork that is in a vectored format (ie .ai, .eps or .pdf file) but we can also work high res images. If we have to do a lot of image manipulation there may be a one-time charge of $75 to convert the image to a usable format.
Yes, we can design logos for your team or organization. Our charges are $175 for the first 2 hours and $50 for each additional hour required to design your piece.
We use the PMS Solid Coated color pallete, so if you have a PMS color we can match it. Understand that PMS colors vary ever so slightly depending on the material they are printed on. It’s the nature of ink.
Custom team order typically takes about a week for the design process and then 2-3 weeks for production. The production schedule can and will change in the spring as more orders are place, so it’s best to begin your order with time to spare.
Yes, order can be rushed for an additional charge. Rush order can be turned in as quick as 24 hours
First off, make sure your helmet is clean… no dirt, sand or grass stuck to the helmet. Remove any old decals and then wipe the plastic down with rubbing alcohol to remove any residue and oils. Once it is 100% dry, now you can start to apply you decals. Decals should be at about room temperature (75 degrees or better really helps) when you apply them and if they have been rolled (single wraps in tubes), laid flat for at least 2 hours.
